it will be starting september 28th (next monday) and ending november 8th. its possible that this shaymin that will be found at the flower paridise (i think thats what its called) can activate the gracidea flower giving lady in Floroama town. but you need to have the national dex to be able to get the Oak's Letter.

yeah it does activate Gracidea...I used the NaWA...so i think it is the same...and Arceus activates a few events when ever that gets here
