if i stay, i can keep a friend and still hope for a chance with her, however doubtful it may be,
if i leave, then i could lose my best friend and know i will never get that chance,
i still love her and i know she still loves me, just my descicion could help or hurt,
if i stay i'd say "lets just stay friends for now",
if i leave i'd say "i still love you",
i'll just keep hoping forever, no matter how muchit hurts me,
i'll just keep hoping, wishing, that we will still be friends,
i'll just keep waiting, no matter how long, just for that one chance,
and i'll keep wondering, what if she said "yes" those many months ago,
i want to leave, but i know you'll miss me,
i want to stay, but it could make things worse,
but what i know would happen whether i stay or go,
we'll still be friends no matter how far apart we are.

why was it placed between you an me?
but i'll do what it takes to be by your side,
because you're the only one that can provide,
