4. NO ONE OTHER THAN THE CONTESTANTS CAN TALK DURING A DUEL!!!

uh...no...when i say 'any forbidden cards?' i mean 'are we playing tournament rules?' GOD CARDS ARE ALLOWED!!!! *twitchy eye* if any cards are forbidden, Monster Reborn, Monster Reincarnation, and Trap Hole are forbidden.
